 Exchanges & Returns Policy

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets this policy and our terms and conditions which are available on our website.

Items must be returned to us unused with all EVORA tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our returns policy below will be sent back to you.

Need a different size or colour?

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour (subject to availability when you request a return).

How to return your item(s)

As soon as you have decided you want to return your item(s) you have 14 days from delivery to send the item back to us.

To return an item, please email hello@evoraboutique.co.uk to notify us of this request. 

We will then share a link to our DPD returns portal via the email provided at the time of the order to access and print your returns slip.

Our Returns Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the EVORA and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This also includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way

For example, but not limited to, we cannot accept your return in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed.
  • have any form of perfume / aftershave sprayed on them.
  • have water damage or other stains.
  • the designer and EVORA tag are not attached to the product(s). Please note that the EVORA and designer tags constitute an integral part of each product.
  • any hygiene tape has been removed.
  • you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
  • You have not returned any promotional items or free gifts received with the order.

You will be informed if we are unable to accept your return. In this instance, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Bags and accessories

All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags. If this happens unfortunately, we will be unable to accept your return.

Shoes

Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. If the sole shows signs of being worn for example, scuffed in any way we will be unable to accept your return.

Underwear and swimwear

Please try these on over your underwear. Hygiene tape must be intact.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of EVORA and may only be refunded as a store credit.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns after 60 days of receiving your order. Please do not try to return these items to us to avoid any disappointment. 

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on EVORA as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Debit or Credit card payment. 

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as we receive your returned item(s) . Unfortunately we are unable to refund item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within 5 to 10 days of receiving your return. However, some payment providers can take longer than this to credit your account. 

When your return has been processed you will receive an email informing you if your return has been accepted or not.

If you have paid by gift voucher, we will refund your items onto a new gift voucher and then send this to you.
