Returns Process
We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem.
How to return your order:
Please email hello@evoraboutique.co.uk to notify us that you wish to return your item, quoting your order number (this is stated on your confirmation email and packing label). Return requests via email are responded to within 24 hours.
As soon as you have decided you want to return your item(s) you have 14 days from delivery to send the item back to us.
We will then contact you via the email provided at the time of the order to access and print your returns slip.
Should you wish to cancel or return any products, you may only do so in accordance with these terms and conditions and our returns and cancellation policy, click here to view our policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All returned products must be unworn or unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging with all item(s) tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Where you return a product under our returns and cancellation policy, the cost of your return will be deducted from your refund.
Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, we shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.
We cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds for any products you have ordered that have been customised to your specifications, or personalised, or cannot be returned for hygiene or personal health reasons (such as some items of lingerie, bikini bottoms and earrings for pierced ears (which have been unwrapped) unless these are faulty at the time of delivery.
All returned items will be carefully inspected, and should they not meet the requirements of our returns policy and our terms and conditions then a refund will not be given.
The items that are returned and do not meet with our returns policy may be returned to you on request. All requests must be made in writing to hello@evoraboutique.co.uk.
Once we have received the request you will be notified in writing the shipping method and costs to return the item(s) to you and how to pay the shipping costs. On receipt of the shipping costs the items will be shipped to you at your own risk. We do not accept any liability for any items returned to you.
